Last updated: 2 November 2026

This policy explains how EVOLVE LUXURY FITNESS LLC (“EVOLVE”, “we”), operating EVOLVE Personal Training at Cayan Tower, Ground Floor, Shop 2, Dubai Marina, Dubai, UAE, collects and uses personal information through evolvedxb.ae, our forms, WhatsApp and our coaching services.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, your goals and anything else you choose to share when you fill in a form, message us or book an assessment.

If you become a client: training, nutrition, progress and health information you share with your coach so we can deliver your programme. Medical assessments are carried out by qualified partners under their own policies.

Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived on the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, book and run your assessment, deliver and personalise your coaching, send reminders and service messages, measure and improve our website and advertising, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to understand how people use our website and to measure the results of our advertising. These providers may set cookies and receive information such as pages viewed and form submissions. You can limit this through your browser settings, Google’s Ad Settings and Meta’s ad preferences.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run EVOLVE, such as our customer relationship and booking systems, messaging providers (including WhatsApp), website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms, and, for clients who request it, qualified medical and testing partners. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Google user data

EVOLVE uses an internal application, “EVOLVE Ads Reporting”, to read performance data from EVOLVE’s own Google Ads account for reporting and optimisation. It accesses only accounts that EVOLVE owns or manages, does not access any other user’s Google data, and does not share this data with third parties or use it for any other purpose. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for the duration of your programme and afterwards for as long as required for legal, accounting or insurance purposes. We then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages, at any time. You can also reply “stop” to any WhatsApp message. We handle requests in line with applicable law, including UAE data protection law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to the people who need it.
